We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Delivery Policy
We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team for bulky items, and selected third party logistic service providers such as JnT express. Please note that most of our furniture items are delivered flat-pack and installation can be provided upon request at an additional cost of $69.90.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send an email notification to confirm you order details and deliver within the next 5 working days for instock items.
Return Policy
If your order has been delivered and you are not satisfied, we accept return of products within 5 working days at your own cost. Item must be return to us in original packaging, unused an undamaged. Sale items are not eligible for refund if you have a change of mind.
