1. Can I view the products or walk in purchase?
For now, we are fully online store and do not have a showroom, which helps to keep our products very affordable for our customers.
2. How long is delivery?
For small orders, we'll expedite the delivery via JNT express (logistic partner) with ETA: 2-5 working days.
Our delivery courier might call or text you prior to delivery and you may pass on any instructions to them.
For bulkier orders, we will expedite delivery via seller own fleet within 5 working days and our driver will give a call prior to delivery.
3. What are the payment modes?
We accept 3 forms of payments:
- Debit / Credit Card
- Paynow
- ATOME (3 months installment plan)
4. Are you open to collaboration?
We are keen to work with home content creators on social media, if you are an aspiring content creator and have set your eyes on any of our products, feel free to dm us on instagram @JRK.SG.
5. Do you offer trade programs for ID partners?
We are working with interior design firms, and contractors locally to fulfil interior styling needs. Simply whatsapp us at 94551148 for further discussions.
6. Do you provide installation?
For flat-pack furniture, we do provide installation service at $69.90 that is payable by cash upon completion.
7. What is Atome?
Atome is a new payment option available for online orders at JRKSG. It splits your bill into 3 equal payments, so you can make a purchase and pay for it at a later time with no interest or service fees.
